摘要:
霍洛湾煤矿2-2煤为不稳定煤层,现在一盘区所选用的5.0 m大采高综采设备,能否适用于煤层变厚的二盘区成为一个亟待解决的问题。本文通过对采煤机、液压支架等主要设备进行理论计算与分析,并结合实际开采经验,论证了大采高综采设备对不稳定煤层的适应性。研究结论对相似条件煤层的开采具有普遍意义与推广价值。

Abstract:
Huo Luo wan’2-2 coal mine was unstable coal seam, now 1 panel used 5.0 m large mining height Fully- mechanized coal mining equipment,can it be apply to the coal seam thicken in 2 Panel becomes a problem urgently to be solved。this paper, by the theoretical calculated and analyzed of main equipment,such as coal mining machine、hydraulic support,and with practical mine experience,It demonstrates the applicability of large mining height Fully- mechanized coal mining equipment to unstable coal seam; this research conclusions has the universal significance and promotion value to similar conditions seam exploitation。
